Wise (the amount of wisdom applied is the vintage part) lol

One-of-a-Kind (standouts in their minds and maybe yours)

Neighbourly (East Coast kitchen parties eh....whine not)

Demanding (of attention, of others, bulldozer in a sandbox (PITA?)

Experienced (getting better reception by touching the rabbit ears and lifting a leg) 

Respectful (knows the rules and tries most of the time :)

Friendly ( "how-friendly"  is always on the table) 

Understanding (has an intuitive mind that has you puzzled)

Lending an ear, wanted or not (engages the calvary to come to the rescue)

Borrowing stuff  (return policies unknown)

Unpredictable (occasionally does something that may/may not be over the proverbial "LINE" ?? :)

Doesn't know time (parties over but I'll leave when I want type)

Smiling (inwardly or outwardly, someones gotta be smiling :)

Xperts (degree of precision is always debatable)

Pinch Hitters (how refreshing is a bud-on-standby to help when you need someone)
